We are thrilled to announce that the 2022 AFG Conference will take place on October 11, on International Day of the Girl Child, live from the Bay area, and online!
Education and collaboration is vital to our collective ability to achieve gender equity. As your AFG network celebrates its 10th anniversary, this year’s theme will be Building on a Decade of Change: The World We Imagine. Do you have a great idea for an AFG Conference session? A big part of our success has a lot to do with you. Submit your workshop proposal to help build a program of sessions that are current, relevant and speak to the needs and issues impacting you and the girls and gender-expansive youth in our communities.
Can’t make it in person? We’ve carefully chosen a virtual platform that will create a real-time conference experience. Now, this unforgettable gathering will be accessible to so many more individuals and organizations across California and beyond.
Be sure to mark your calendars, and stay tuned as we roll out more information about all the exciting conference features being planned. While we intend to meet in person, plans will be adapted to ensure we follow local guidelines.
